The Foundry Text Messaging Terms

Effective date: November 6, 2026

The program

The Foundry sends text messages about orders — when an order is received, started and ready, pickup reminders, and changes — to customers who opt in to order texts, and answers questions customers text us, with help from an AI-assisted assistant and a person during business hours. Only if you separately opt in to marketing texts, we also send occasional offers, such as an invitation to come back.

How you opt in

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or booking.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. Reply START to join again.

Help

Reply HELP for help, or email mgriffin@ucsd.edu.
